The Fall/Winter 2026 Preview Collection from Carhartt WIP arrives on the cusp of summer, offering a directional, inventive take on the season ahead. Released each May and November, Carhartt WIP’s Preview Collections act as a bridge between seasons, setting the tone for the main collection launches.

Texture, feel, and finish are central to the Fall/Winter 2026 Preview Collection, with a range of new fabrics and washes introduced throughout. A distressed, heavily worn-in appearance is achieved through the new ‘destroy wash’, appearing on Carhartt WIP canvas Icons including the OG Chore Coat, Women’s OG Arcan Jacket, and OG Double Knee Pant. The process combines hand-finishing techniques and subtle abrasions along seams and hems, so no two pieces are alike. This approach extends to denim and jersey, accented with unique, hand-thrown paint splatters and fades.

Elsewhere, the signature Madison Jacket returns in a garment-dyed cotton ripstop, joined by cargo pants, shorts, and the new Manderson Jacket, which combines elements of a field jacket and chore coat. The new Brader Blazer extends this hybrid approach, updating the chore coat silhouette as a tailored suit jacket with notched lapels and a three-button front.

Echoing a gradual shift into fall, heavyweight jersey is offered in deep, dusky garment-dyed shades, where the woven Square Label is rendered murky in the process, seen in styles like the new half-zip Harper Polo and Women's Hooded Hoggard Jacket.

An abstract take on traditional duck camo and animal print, the new ‘duck feather print' uses earthy, layered tones that mimic real plumage, appearing across Travon styles including a short-sleeve shirt, pants, and shorts. ‘Snake camo’ also returns this season, exclusive to the women’s collection, as a laser print on a shirt and double-knee shorts.

The Fall/Winter 2026 preview collection is available at Carhartt WIP stores and select retailers, as well as carhartt-wip.com and the Carhartt WIP App.

About Carhartt Work In Progress

Established in 1994 by Edwin Faeh, Carhartt Work In Progress (WIP) develops its own collections based on original Carhartt workwear. The brand combines authentic adaptations of these robust American archetypes, while engaging with the subcultures that have embraced it. This, in turn, has seen Carhartt WIP place itself in a new context and bring forth its own classics.

Carhartt WIP opened its first store in London in 1997 and today operates over 80 brick and mortar locations worldwide. It also has its own skate team and music department, while supporting an array of artists and releasing various in-house publications. Since 2010, Carhartt WIP has worked with a number of like-minded collaborators, including A.P.C., Converse, Fragment Design, Junya Watanabe, Nike, Underground Resistance, and Motown.
